Projects
Design and development work is scoped in a written proposal with a fixed fee, timeline, and deliverables. Work does not start until the proposal is accepted. You own the deliverables on final payment, except for third-party tools, fonts, and stock we license on your behalf.

Payment
Unless the proposal says otherwise, invoices are due on the dates in the schedule. Late invoices may pause production. We do not require an open-ended retainer to keep the site you already paid for.

Use of this website
Don’t scrape, attack, or impersonate the studio. Case-study marks belong to their owners. Don’t reuse our copy or visual system as your own.

Liability and law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Disputes are heard in Toronto. Webwave Design Studios is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website.
